Refund & Return policy

At The Brew, we strive to ensure that you, as a customer, are satisfied with your purchase. Below is our return and refund policy, adapted to Swedish food regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

According to Swedish law (Distance Selling Act), the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products if the packaging has been opened. This is due to hygiene and safety reasons. Therefore, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products.


You may return an item if:


✔ The packaging is unopened and in its original condition.

✔ The return is made within 14 days from the date you received the item.

✔ You contact us before returning the item and receive approval.


We do not accept returns of:


❌ Opened or used products.

❌ Products with damaged or broken packaging.

❌ Items returned without prior contact with us.

2. Complaints and Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 daysafter receiving the item.


When making a complaint, we require the following information:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

If the complaint is approved, we will compensate you with a new product or a refund, depending on what is possible.

3. Refunds

If your return or complaint is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the product.

Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping costs are only refunded in approved complaint cases, not for canceled purchases.

4. How to Return an Item

    • Contact us via info@thebrew.se and wait for approval.

    • Pack the item securely and send it to the return address we provide.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to a complaint.
